How are the items engraved?
We use a laser engraving machine to personalise our products. The laser beam acts as a chisel, etching permanent marks into the item by removing layers from the surface of the material.
We do offer diamond tip engraving offline which gives a slightly different style, for more information about this please contact our customer services team.
Which materials can we engrave?
We use our engraving machine to personalise products made from sterling silver, 9ct gold, stainless steel & leather.
What font styles do you offer?
Choose from a selection of font styles for either our laser engraving or diamond tip engraving machines.
Are there character limitations?
There is a character limitation on every product which is based on the size of the engravable surface. We have set the character limit on all our engravable products within our engraving tool, which the programme will not allow you to exceed.
What is the price of your engraving service?
Our engraving service is free of charge on all orders! For any custom engraving requests such as personal photos or handwriting, please contact our customer service team to discuss further.
How long does it take for an item to be engraved?
For orders that contain engraving requests, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched.
What happens if the engraving has an error?
If there is a spelling error on your engraved order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. They will arrange to send out a replacement for any items where a mistake has been made.
